I think I'm delusional. And I think that's the best thing about me.

1. holding a belief that contradicts reality.
2. holding a belief that contradicts reality as it currently stands.

I've felt this my whole life — that pull toward something better, something different. But working inside systems that weren't designed with humans in mind made it impossible to ignore. Made it urgent. So I started building.

Because I got tired of watching good people get crushed under the weight of systems that were never designed with them in mind. I started asking: what if we designed for the human experience instead of the org chart? What if we trusted people to build their own futures instead of locking them into ours? What if accountability was shared, not imposed?

That sounds delusional. I know it does. Because right now, we don't design that way. We can't quite trust it. We're too afraid of what happens when we let go.

But I'm building it anyway.

And here's the thing — every person who's built something that mattered had to be delusional first. They had to see a future that contradicted what existed right now. And we use that word like it's a diagnosis, like it means they've lost touch with reality. But maybe it just means they're touching a different reality. One that hasn't happened yet.

Real change starts with people willing to look crazy while they prove it works.

So if you've ever felt that pull — that sense that things could be fundamentally different, that we're designing systems wrong, that we're missing something about how humans actually need to experience the world — you're not alone. And you're probably onto something.

The judgment will come. It always does. But maybe that's just how we know we're pointing at something true.

If this resonates, I'd love to talk.

Felt that pull yourself?

Whether you run a program that deserves better systems or you're building one of your own — the conversation is free and the door is open.
