Arvi, founder of Tervik

"Tervik" is an Estonian word for "whole" — a collection of parts coming together. Support should feel complete, not fragmented.

I'm Arvi, founder of Tervik. I built it from years inside nonprofit and disability-services operations — turning a program buried in paper into one connected system my team could trust. One system instead of five, tracking what actually mattered instead of a generic checklist. That experience is where Tervik comes from, not a vendor pitch deck.

Now I help people and small teams do the same: software built alongside you, or taught to you, so you're never stuck depending on a vendor. That's mutual accountability — both sides own the outcome.
