Where it comes from
“Tervik” is an Estonian word for whole — a collection of parts coming together. Support should feel complete, not fragmented.
I’m Arvi, the founder. Tervik came out of years inside nonprofit and disability-services operations: turning a program buried in paper into one connected system a team could trust. One system instead of five, tracking what actually mattered instead of a generic checklist. Now I help other people and small teams do the same — software built alongside you, or taught to you, so you are never stuck depending on a vendor.
